Navy, White Stripes, and a Zebra

I saw this dress a few weeks ago at Forever and immediately knew it was something I had to add to my wardrobe.  I am one of those shoppers that usually knows exactly what I am going to pair with any new garment before I get home.   I almost always go through the following mental checklist to make sure it won't sit in my closet for months.  First, and most important, do I have shoes to go with this?  Second, what accessories do I have to pair with this?  And third, can I make multiple outfits?  If I answer yes to all three its usually a purchase.  There are times, however, when I don't answer yes to any of them but love the item so much I buy it anyway.  I know I'm not the only one that does that right?  :)  Any who, my favorite part of this outfit is the large pockets, which was also the theme of this outfit, and of course the zebra belt!
