D.I.Y - The Heart Sweater......

If there are any of you that waited a little to long to get this fabulous J Crew heart sweater and your size is sold out, or if you want a less expensive option, you are in luck!  I found this great D.I.Y that looks pretty easy to execute.  Now the color combos are limitless!!
